This routine is designed to promote full body strengthening. It will also be implemented with our younger athletes and will ensure proper athletic developement. When they have mastered these exercises they will be ready to properly perform the weight lifting exercises. They will strengthen their Core region, upperbody, lower body, and muscle structure around primary joints (which will help prevent injury).
